From the First Conversation to the Final Walk-Through

Hiring a company to improve your property is a significant decision. You should understand what happens next, who will communicate with you, and how your project will move from an idea to a completed outdoor space.

At Wallis Landscape, we have developed a straightforward process designed to keep you informed and confident from the initial consultation through project completion.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 Google Rating • 38 Years of Experience • Family Owned • Serving Northeast Georgia.

Our Five-Step Process

1. Initial Consultation

The process begins with a visit to your property. We’ll listen to your concerns, learn what you hope to accomplish, evaluate the space, and discuss practical ideas for moving forward.

This initial conversation helps us understand both the property and your priorities before we recommend a solution.

2. Your Proposal & Project Approval

After your consultation, we'll prepare a detailed written proposal outlining the recommended work and project investment.

Once you have reviewed everything and are ready to move forward, let us know. We'll send your proposal for convenient online approval. Once it's approved, we'll reserve your place on our schedule, collect your deposit, and begin preparing for your project.

3. Preparing for Your Project

Before installation begins, our team prepares the materials, equipment, and details needed for your project. We’ll stay in contact as your scheduled start approaches and let you know what to expect before our arrival.

Because weather and site conditions can affect outdoor construction, we’ll also communicate with you if the schedule needs to be adjusted.

4. Professional Installation and Ongoing Communication

When installation begins, our professional team will complete the work according to the approved project scope. Your Project Manager will remain involved and keep you informed as the work progresses.

Questions or concerns should never be left unresolved. If something comes up during the project, we’ll address it promptly and explain any decisions or adjustments that may be needed.

5. Final Walk-Through and Completion

Once the work is finished, the Project Manager or owner will review the completed project with you in detail. This is your opportunity to ask questions, review the work. and make sure everything has been completed as agreed.

Our goal is for you to feel completely satisfied with the finished project before final payment is collected.

Ready to Take the First Step?

Every Wallis Landscape project begins with a conversation. Tell us what is happening on your property, what you would like to improve and how you hope to use the finished space.

We’ll help you determine the right next step.
